A second picture, taken just a little closer to the house gives us a clearer view of the frontage, as well as the scooter (though someone objected to me calling it a scooter), weeds and rubbish bins.

St Agnes Place was the longest continually squatted street in London, from 1969-2007. In 2016 the new St Agnes Place development by L&Q was described on a property web site as having modern apartments and townhouses in a convenient location among Kennington’s village charms with "unrivalled doorstep access to the delights of Kennington Park and its newly revamped flower garden" and offering 3 bed townhouses at £1.3m with 4 beds for £1.5m. All come with allocated parking, private garden, balcony, and terrace.
