On the East side of the Isle of Dogs was another 'Welcome' sign on a wall, happily here next to the road sign for Preston's Road. It seemed to have been missed by the graffiti writers when I took this picture, though a year or two later they caught up, adding derogatory comments about Asda and Barratts.
