Tony Mayne's article on local groups but some of his
subjects seem less than excited.

at 29/30 St Albans Place as well as her shop Original
Photographic Prints in the Mall Arcade, Camden Passage just across on the
other side of Upper St. There are several other shops in the area
which also have occasional shows of photography and art, so it's worth
a visit on a Saturday.

Inscape
No 32 Photography and the Imagination is now available
from selected stockists or direct from William Bishop. Among
those featured are LIP members Virginia Khuri with the major
article on the theme of the issue and a couple of fine photos, and
Gordon Raisin writing on Thomas Joshua Cooper.
Mr Bishop himself contributes (among other pieces) an
appreciation of Carol Hudson's talk to the LIP meeting in January.
Aberystwyth, WB's alma mater, features strongly with an
illustrated piece on Robert Greetham by a former colleague of
mine now marooned there, Chris Webster.
The quality of reproduction of photographs in the current
issue seems to be more uniform that in some previous issues (who
are we to talk!)
Inscape is available by
subscription at £12 for a year (5 issues) from William Bishop,
22a Gladwell Rd, Crouch End, London N8 9AA. Cheques
to Inscape. Back copies of most issues are still available.
